Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients

2 Kiwi
1 Mango
150g Pineapple
100g Grapes
150g Strawberries
50g  Blueberries
  • Prepare the fruit by cutting the top and bottom off the kiwi.  Stand it up on one of the flat sides and cut away the skin. Slice in half, and then cut each half into    slices. Add to bowl.
  • Carefully cut the skin off the mango and slice off each cheek, running your knife as close to the stone as you can. Cut each piece into chunks. Add to bowl.
  • Top and tail the pineapple, then cut away the skin. Cut the pineapple into thick  circular slices. Take a slice, remove the core then cut into chunks. Add to bowl.
  • After washing, halve the grapes and strawberries, add to the bowl along with    the blueberries.
  • Add about 1 inch of water to a 2 litre jug. Empty a sachet of Waterade Pineapple into the jug and swirl the jug until the powder is dissolved. Start to fill the jug with water and continue to swirl until it's about 1/3 full.Then simply fill the jug to the top (2 litres).
  • Add the desired amount of diluted Pineapple Waterade to the fruit.
